Motiva Training & Consulting Recognized for Small Business Excellence

The Guam Chamber of Commerce recognized Motiva Training & Consulting for its Small Business Excellence today during the organization’s 8th Annual Small Business Expo event held at the Guam Marriott Resort & Spa. “The Chamber is pleased to present its Third Annual Small Business Excellence Award honoring a member company that has made a noteworthy contribution to the growth of small business in Guam with innovative and highly interactive professional development training programs,” said Rodney Webb, Small Business Focus & Development Committee Chairman.

“Motiva Training, owned by Ms. Toshie Ito, exemplifies excellence in its commitment to good and ethical business practices, its involvement in providing guidance and support to multitude of small businesses, providing consistent and excellent service. Toshie is very deserving of this award – especially in light of her contributions to the programs of the Chamber’s small business committee.”

“Toshie is a highly respected member of the business community for her customer service oriented and managerial workshops, and for her respect of others as well,” said Chamber President David Leddy. “Her business caters to both small and large companies providing the essential tools and training techniques to transform the company into a well-rounded organization. The presentation took place during the Chamber’s Annual Small Business Expo, an event of the Small Business Focus & Development Committee, which featured over 30 member exhibitors.
